Charlotte Playsets. Our goal is to offer
rubber mulch to everyone in the
Continental United States at great
prices. We are constantly on the lookout
for the latest styles and we deal
directly with the manufacturers.

Shipping
Certain products may incur a shipping
surcharge, but this will be clearly
noted in the product description. Orders
usually ship within 2 weeks, unless
otherwise indicated in product
description. At this time we only ship
to the contiguous U.S. and we cannot
ship to PO Boxes or military address.
Products that ship via Motor Freight:
Carriers usually schedule deliveries
Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM
and 5:00 PM. When your product arrives
in your local area the motor freight
company will call you for a scheduled
delivery location and time so you are
there to sign for the delivery. You
should obtain the freight company's
phone number in case you need to change
the delivery time or you may be charged
for the first attempt to deliver if no
one is there to accept delivery.
Standard freight delivery only provides
curbside delivery. You will be required
to provide the extra man power or a
loading dock for anything other than
curbside delivery. Additional delivery
charges may be incurred if you require
special services such as lift-gate,
inside delivery, etc. When the motor
freight company calls to arrange a
delivery time and location, specify any
special services you will require of
them and confirm the charges you will
incur.
The carrier will require that you accept
and sign for the shipment. Before you
sign for receipt of your product(s)
please carefully inspect each package
for damage of goods inside. If you
discover any damage, you may refuse the
shipment but please note damages on the
delivery receipt whether you accept the
shipment or not. Report damages to us
the same day if possible. Damages must
be reported to us within 3 business
days.

Payment options
We accept Paypal, Visa, and
MasterCard. You may also send a check or
money order. Please make checks out to
Charlotte Playsets.
COUPONS
Coupons may be redeemed by using
appropriate coupon codes upon checkout.
TAX
Purchases billed to North Carolina
address will be charged 8.25% sales tax.
Privacy Policy
We use the information you provide when
placing an order to complete that order.
We do not share this information with
outside parties except to the extent
necessary to complete that order.
We may contact you from time to time
regarding your order status or about
products or specials that we think you
may be interested in. If you do not wish
to receive these notifications, we will
honor your request not to send them to
you.
We use return email addresses from your
email correspondence to us to answer the
email we receive. Such addresses from
your correspondence are not used for any
other purpose and are not shared with
outside parties.
Finally, we do not use or share the
personally identifiable information
provided to us online in ways unrelated
to the ones described above without
providing you an opportunity to tell us
not to allow such unrelated uses.
Backorders
If a popular item has sold out, we will
sometimes accept backorders as a
courtesy to our customers. Your credit
card will not be charged until the item
is preparing to ship, but this reserves
the item for you. The estimated date of
arrival specified on the item
description is an estimate and often
changes, as we are usually waiting for
product to arrive from overseas. Please
check back periodically to see if the
date changed. We have the right to
cancel backorders that are approaching
or exceeding 90 days. You may cancel
your backorder at anytime before
shipping with no penalty. If your credit
card expires before the item arrives,
your backorder will be voided and you
will need to re-order. If you use PayPal,
you will be charged at the time of
ordering.
Return Policy
Purchases may be returned within 30 days
of the date you received the order,
unused and in original condition and
packaging, for a refund, minus a 25%
restocking fee. Customer is responsible
for round trip shipping charges unless
the item arrived damaged, defective or
if we shipped the incorrect item. If
item was purchased during a free
shipping promotion, the actual shipping
charges that we incurred will be
deducted from your refund. You must
obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
Returns will not be accepted without
this number. Please complete our form to
obtain a return authorization number.
EXCEPTIONS:
**Custom orders that are made especially
for you and shipped directly from the
artisan are non-refundable, unless
defective.
**Personalized items are not returnable.
Damage During Shipping
Damage should be noted with the freight
carrier if possible. Please do not use
item and keep it with all packaging
materials and box for inspection. Notify
us the same day if possible. We will not
be able to replace damaged merchandise
if we are not notified within 7 business
days of the delivery date.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges may be made within 30 days of
your receipt of the original order
provided we have the desired item(s) in
stock. However, to ensure availability
of the item you would like to exchange
for, it is best to place a new order for
the item online and return the original
item for credit back to your account --
we cannot "hold" items in anticipation
of a return. Re-shipping charges will be
applied to the payment method on file in
the case of exchanges.
Exchanges are processed within 14 days
of our receipt of the item(s). If the
item you have requested in your exchange
is no longer available, a store credit
will be issued and the information will
be emailed to the email address on file
for the original order.
GIFTS
Gifts may be returned for store credit
or credited back to purchaser's credit
card within 30 days of the date you
received the order. If you would like a
store credit please include your email
address with the return as this is where
your store credit information will be
sent. We cannot send store credit
information through the postal service.
We cannot issue a refund to the gift
recipient. Please include a copy of the
original packing slip with your return
-- without that information we cannot
process your store credit.

Please include a copy of the original
sales receipt with your return.
Please circle the items that you are
returning, and note for us if you would
like an exchange or credit.
Returns may only be credited back to the
card used to make the original purchase.
Returns and/or exchanges are processed
within 14 days of the date we receive
the item(s). A credit or shipment
notification email will be sent to the
email address on file at the time the
credit or exchange is processed.
NOTE: It is always best to send your
package back in a manner that is
traceable and insurable (UPS, Fed Ex, or
Delivery Confirmation). We cannot be
responsible for non-receipt of returns
that cannot be tracked, nor can we
confirm receipt of a return/exchange
until it has been processed.
